Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are F.O.B. manufacturing plant or warehouse. Orders are accepted on the basis of prices in effect on date of shipment.

Terms: Net 30 Days. A late payment charge of - 1 ½% per month may be applied to all unpaid invoices past 30 days.

Minimum Quantities: Prices quoted are for the quantities listed. Orders for less than standard carton quantities will automatically be raised to the next highest multiple. Order minimum is 5 cases (mixed), full case only.

Shipping Terms & Claims: Shipments of Hoov-R-Line product sent Freight Collect are F.O.B. Origin. Loss or damage claims must be filed by consignee with delivering carrier. Our liability ceases upon delivery of product in good order to carrier at our shipping points.
Shipments sent prepay and add or prepaid are F.O.B. destination. Hoov-R-Line Division of Oatey reserves the right to select carrier and method of shipment unless otherwise specified. Claims must be made through Hoov-R-Line's Customer Service Department. We recommend product be inspected by purchaser immediately upon receipt with any discrepancy being noted on carriers delivery receipt.

Parcel Post: Parcel Post shipments will be insured at the Purchaser's expense. The Company will not be responsible for placing a valuation upon shipment unless requested to do so by the purchaser.

Shortage or Damage: When our products are sold F.O.B. shipping point, our responsibility for delivery of goods ends when the merchandise leaves our manufacturing plant or warehouse. In case of shortage or damage, notify the delivery agent and file a claim promptly. Any delay may cause you a loss.

Defective Merchandise: Merchandise believed to be defective must be returned to the manufacturing location within 60 days after delivery. PLEASE NOTE OUR RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY.
If, after inspection by us, the products are deemed in our sole discretion to be defective, full credit replacement will be given. If upon receipt and inspection, we find that the products are defective because of customer misuse in assembly or if items are returned incomplete, credit will be issued at our discretion.

Returned Merchandise: Undamaged merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization from the Company. PLEASE NOTE OUR RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY. If return is authorized, the transportation charges must be prepaid. Credit ill be issued on currently cataloged, standard items only, at the price paid or current price, whichever is lower, less 25% for the cost of handling and a reasonable repacking or reconditioning charge, if necessary. Unless expressly authorized, all returns must be made to Nogales, AZ 85621. We will not accept any returns of discontinued merchandise.

Scope of Terms: Unless otherwise specifically agree in writing, these terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between us upon your acceptance of any merchandise delivered hereunder. Any additional or different terms or conditions which may be contained in any order of your hereunder is hereby objected to and shall be of no effect.

Delayed Delivery: We shall not be liable to any other party for any failure or delay in the delivery of any merchandise offered hereunder due to events beyond our control, including, but not limited to fire, storm, flood, explosion, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes or shortages, transportation delays, shortage of materials, supplies, or machinery, acts of God, or governmental action.

One-Year limited Warranty - WE WARRANT OUR PRODUCT TO BE FREE OF DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS UNDER NORMAL USE AND SERVICE. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing without charge, any items found to be defective, provided that such item is promptly returned to our factory. We shall not be liable for direct indirect, special or consequential damage arising from such defects or for replacing any item which has been abused or misused.
THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICUALAR PURPOSE.
